Often introduced by her bra size of 34D at work functions (seriously), recognized by hardly anyone from her 2 appearances on QVC as the inventor of a bra size calculator, and forever preserved in an iconic 90’s poster as the St. Pauli Girl in a dirndl, strange socks and way more beer mugs than she could actually ever hold, Katie Vogt-Saladucha, (who is actually the author of this and feeling very self-conscious writing in the 3rd person but that’s how I’m being told to write this...I’m not self-important...I swear I’m not!) is a rare breed of boobs, brains, style and the knack of having good timing and a lot of dumb luck. After working with basically just about every bra and intimate apparel manufacturer in the country (like literally EVERYONE, it’s a very small Industry) as a fit model (Huh? What the heck is that?? Short version, she’s one of a handful of specialized models that designers build their bras on. Basically she gets paid to complain! Yay me!) for way more years than she would like to admit, she has decided to take her act on the road, or more specifically the “Instagram” and that twitter thing, because YOU. HATE. BRAS. Annnnd, you shouldn’t. She’s here so that you and your bra can become the best of friends and she’s gonna show you the way. And if this bra influencer thing doesn’t work out, she’s hedging her bets with her other passion, which is Photoshop and design, shopping fast fashion, and scouring the internet for the coolest of things and creating outfits that you will hopefully love and buy and wear and tell your cousin Cindy about. (But don’t just tell her, tag her! Katie needs all the followers she can get apparently if she ever hopes to compete with those Kardashian people) Oh, and she lives in the burbs of Northern New Jersey, with her husband Jeff, her two dogs Lola and Thurston while her son Alex is off to college.
